Fish tacos is one of our favorite weekday dinners and the salsa is a key player. I wanted to share my recipe because not only is it so simple, but it's the perfect summer topping.
1 mango (peeled and diced)
1 small can of crushed pineapple (drained)
1 quarter of a red onion (diced)
1 handful of cilantro
1-2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 half lime (squeezed)
And really, that's it! Mix it all together and serve with chips to start and on top of the main course. This recipe is plenty to serve two persons. Enjoy!
